Day 5 dinner - Lentil stew (o so good)

Day 5 - thinking muffins would be a good thing! So I made blueberry lemon muffins. They are awesome.

Day 5 lunch - Potato and chickpea curry with Tofu shake.

Day 5 Breakfast - After some snow shoveling and taking the dog to the groomers, Starbucks, decaf vanilla soy latte.

Day 4 dinner - Subway - not in a cooking mood tonight at all.

Day 4 lunch - Wrap with hummus, zucchini and carrot sticks, sprouts and sundried tomatoes. Blue corn chips and fresh apple.

Day 4 - Third day of migraine. In bad need of some yogurt. Add some banana, blueberries and soy milk. Two advils and a nap.



Day 3 dessert - Bananas with berries sauce.


Day 3 dinner, Red Bean and Collard Greens stew with brown rice.

Day 3 lunch, Balsamic zucchini sticks with basil and hummus sandwich with tomato and artichoke hearts salad. Fresh pineapple.

Day 3 breakfast, oatmeal with orange slices


Day 3 dinner - Rustic Tomato Rice soup with Garlic ciabata buns


Day 2 Dinner - Sweet potato and yam fries saved from lunch with greens with Red Pepper vinaigrette.

Day 2 lunch, tomato, cucumber and sprouts on whole grain. I also used Vegenaise which is very good. Fresh OJ for a tasty treat.

Day 2 mid-morning - Nope.. didn't work for me.

Day 2 breakfast, fresh pineapple, mango and whole grain toast with orange jam.
