Week 2 Photos


Awesome breakfast pancakes and fresh citrus juice, Day 6



Moroccan chickpea soup from Whole Foods, Yam fries and organic blueberry juice, Day 6 dinner (out for lunch)



Day 7 breakfast, whole grain toast and jam, grapefruit and coffee



Day 7, Lentil stew with garlic toast, vegan cookie and juice (salad at Whole Foods for lunch)



Tuesday breakfast, tofu, soy milk, blueberry and banana smoothie



Day 8 lunch, fresh blueberries and chips. Best sandwich I've had in a long time. (whole grain bread, vegan mayonnaise, hummus, tomato, cucumber, avocado, sprouts and vegan cheese)



Day 8 dinner dessert, cardamom apples (dinner was leftover lentil stew)



Day 9, Vegan muffin with OJ



Day 9 lunch, a repeat of yesterday's sandwich and almond chocolate milk



Day 9 dinner brown rice with tomatillo sauce and vegan chili with cheese, the chili was awesome. Also some organic pear juice.



Day 10 breakfast, flax cereals, granola from Uprising Bread and blueberries with vanilla soy milk



Day 10 lunch, leftover chili, garlic toast on organic sourdough and fresh raspberries.



Day 10 dinner... so busy at work, didn't have time to cook. So we had organic tomato soup and Alexa frozen potatoes.



Day 11 breakfast, whole grain bread with organic strawberry jam and almond butter. Fresh OJ and coffee in my Oprah cup.



Day 11 dinner, soba noodle salad. This salad is just great. I tasted it for the first time with our daughter Shael. Soba noodles, carrots, peppers, garlic, edamame, marinated stir fried tofu, avocado, cashews, red onions, bean sprouts in sesame, tamari and lemon dressing... I absolutely love this recipe and I made it often.



Day 11 dessert, fresh fruit salad.



Day 12 dinner, stuffed avocados... we ate the filling with blue corn chips.



This is potato and cauliflower curry. This is suppose to be for 3 people... No way could we eat all this.



We had it with veggie samosas. That was day 12 dinner. The curry was great. I modified the recipe a bit and it was well worth it.



Day 12 and Carlos' birthday vegan chocolate, Kahlua cake with chopped almonds



Day 13, waffles with blueberries, grapefruit and coffee... and Saturday morning paper...
